For "breakfast" at 10 am I had a 1/2 cup of the frozen yogurt I made last night. It's 150 calories per half cup even though it's non-fat. I wish I would have thought more about how much sugar I was adding. >.O
I also had an iced coffee with 1/3 cup of skim milk and sweetener. As an afterthought I added a teaspoon or two of Nestle sugar free chocolate milk mix. For making chocolate milk I don't dig the stuff. It has an odd over powering spice in it. Either cloves or nutmeg. I prefer chocolate almond milk, which has less calories anyways. The Nestle powder was delicious in my coffee though! 50 calories.
Lunch at 12 was more Cajun Cabbage Casserole. (Add this to the list of things I could eat for days and days and never get sick of. Oddly I hate tomatoes but anything with tomato sauce in it seems to make my very short list of I WANT TO EAT THIS EVERY DAY FOREVER foods.) I had a TON of it. I'm guessing 600 calories worth. Although I didn't feel full for very long so it could have been less. Ah well. I'd rather overestimate than underestimate.
Once I got to work my husband brought me a large diet coke from McDonald's. Ya'll know what a McDonald's cup looks like right? Okay, good.
By dinner time I was starved! I whipped up two homemade pizzas. The slice I had was topped with turkey pepperoni, mushroom and cheeesseeee.
My dad happened to walk in the kitchen and see the package of turkey pepperoni. He definitely turned up his nose at it. After he ate 1/2 of one of the pizzas he commented, "You know what this pizza could have used? Pepperoni. REAL pepperoni." Har har har.
I seriously don't taste a difference. Am I crazy? Whatever. It was delicious. And it was 500 calories.
10 minutes ago I had 1/2 a square of my favorite dark chocolate caramel sea salt bar and literally a handful of my kettle corn. Cost me about 50 calories.
I told you it was a gigantic bag! We really like kettle corn around here.
Lose it tells me my daily total is at 1,350. Not bad! But I didn't work out at all today. BoooooOo!
I was gonna go swimming but my dad wanted us to go with him grocery shopping and then my aunt came over to play cards.
Definitely going to hit the gym tomorrow. I pinky promise.
I'm super excited cuz I just got the latest weight watchers magazine in the mail. I've never done weight watchers but I bought one of their newer cook books (it's got calorie information!) and the magazine subscription came free with it.
I love getting magazines in the mail. <3
I need to dust off those cookbooks and try a recipe. I definitely will next week.
Off to enjoy my magazine and maybe a cup of hot tea before bed.
I give today a 6.5 out of 10 on account of I didn't have ANY fruit and barely any vegetables. Also I had an obscene amount of diet soda today.
